This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can request deletion of data associated with your use of Eartheon Semantic Engine, operated by Eartheon Spatial Technologies Pvt. Ltd..

1. What Data We Store
Depending on your usage, we may store:
- Account identifiers necessary to provide the Service (for example, an internal user ID)
- Connection information required to access your selected Google Sheet(s), such as OAuth tokens
- Your configuration settings (for example: which sheet was selected, rule definitions, and run frequency)
- Operational logs for debugging and reliability (these should not contain spreadsheet content)
We do not intentionally store the full contents of your Google Sheets unless a feature you enable explicitly requires it.
2. Self-Service Deletion (Recommended)
You can delete your App connection data by doing one or both of the following:
- Disconnect within the App: Use the App’s disconnect/logout/remove-integration option (if available). This will remove stored OAuth tokens and disable scheduled computations for your account.
- Revoke Google access: Remove the App’s access via Google Account settings (Google Account → Security → Third-party access → Remove access). Once revoked, we can no longer access your Google Sheets.
3. Request Deletion by Email
If you want us to delete data associated with your account, email us at
vishal@eartheon.digital with the subject line:
Data Deletion Request.
Please include:
- The email address you used to sign in to the App
- (Optional) Any relevant details to help locate the account (for example, organization name)
4. What We Delete
Upon a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize (where applicable):
- Stored OAuth tokens and integration credentials
- Stored configuration settings (selected sheets, rules, schedules)
- Any stored notification settings related to your account
We may retain limited records where necessary for: legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or security purposes. Any retained data will be minimized and protected.
5. Deletion Timeline
We aim to complete deletion within 7 days of receiving a valid request.
