Eartheon Semantic Engine (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is operated by Eartheon Spatial Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. This Privacy Policy explains how we access, use, and protect user data when you connect your Google account to the App.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Access
When you connect your Google account, the App may access the following data only after explicit user consent:
- Google Sheets metadata (for example: file name and file ID)
- Content of Google Sheets that you explicitly select within the App
We do not access files that you do not select.
2. How We Use the Data
We use the accessed Google Sheets data solely to:
- Read the selected spreadsheet(s) at user-defined intervals
- Run automated computations and rule checks based on configurations you set
- Notify you when configured rules/conditions are met or violated
We do not:
- Modify or write to your Google Sheets (read-only processing)
- Sell your data
- Use your data for advertising, marketing, or profiling
- Share your spreadsheet content with third parties
3. Data Storage and Retention
Spreadsheet data is processed in memory or temporarily for computation and notification. Unless you enable a feature that explicitly requires storage, we do not permanently store your spreadsheet contents.
We store OAuth credentials (access/refresh tokens) securely to maintain your connection. You can revoke access at any time (see Section 5).
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties. Data is accessed by our systems only to provide the core functionality of the App.
5. User Control, Access Revocation, and Deletion
You can:
- Disconnect your Google account from the App at any time
- Revoke the App’s access via your Google Account settings (Security → Third-party access)
- Request deletion of stored configuration data by contacting us (see Section 8)

6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security practices, including:
- Encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit
- Secure storage of credentials and secrets
- Access controls limiting internal access to authorized personnel/systems
Despite these measures, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
