These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Eartheon Semantic Engine (the “Service”), operated by Eartheon Spatial Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

- Connect a Google account
- List and select Google Sheets to connect
- Run automated, read-only computations on selected sheets
- Receive notifications when user-defined rules are broken
- Choose the frequency at which computations run
The Service does not modify or write to your Google Sheets unless explicitly stated and enabled in a future feature.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account.
- You confirm you have the right to access and use any spreadsheets you connect.
- You are responsible for the rules, thresholds, and schedules you configure.
- You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
4. Availability and Changes
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy.
6. Accuracy of Outputs
The Service performs computations based on the data present in your selected Google Sheets and the rules you define. We do not warrant that outputs, alerts, or notifications are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for any decisions made based on Service outputs.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, or if required by law or platform policies.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
